1. How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days .
Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days , depending on the destination.
You'll always receive a tracking number to track your order.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders , with tracking included.
It's our way of thanking you for choosing Edwards Atelier during this Final Collection .

3. Can I track my order?

Yes. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow it to your address.

4. What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is our priority.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your shoes within 14 days of delivery.
The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

5. How should I care for my leather shoes?

Italian leather is a natural material that becomes even more beautiful with age.
To keep your shoes in top condition:

• Care: Apply a leather conditioner every few months.

• Storage: Store your shoes in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

• Cleaning: Wipe clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid getting water or using harsh chemicals.

6. Can I customize a pair of shoes?

The Final Collection is currently limited to the styles available on our website.
Once sold out, these styles will not be available again.

7. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay

8. Can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately at info@edwards-atelier.com.
If your order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Once your order has been processed or shipped, cancellations or changes may no longer be possible.
